Be Still
In the middle of your busy life,
God waits.
Love waits.
Be still.
Sit for a moment in your favorite chair.
Stop and stand in a spot of sunlight.
Shut the door to your office.
Pull over by the side of the road.
Close your eyes in the waiting room.
Don’t wake the children yet.
Breathe deeply.
Ask God to come into that stillness.
Ask love to come.
Be still and find love.
